I found the prices to be outstanding especially the senior discount! Michelle in the office in Newberg is incredibly friendly and helpful! I would recommend A Storage Place to anyone who needs a short or long term room! It is secure, well built and very clean!

We were leaving right at 8pm when they closed and the person that works here started yelling me at me with my two small children, when all I was doing was helping my family. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. I highly recommend renting a storage with northwest self storage, they are very kind and they are open until 10pm. Because this place is a joke and top of this woman being rude. They are over priced. Oh! One last thing she also broke one of the totes we had placed outside of the gate so we could load it up without being late past the 8pm time.DO NOT RENT A STORAGE HERE! You will regret it.
