Alex the manager didnt think my construction company was important enough to replace 4 boards... we explained to him we needed to return 4 boards and purchase 3 different length boards. This is so simple and should be simple. If a distributor is failing on their end to notify Lowes of a return that should not hurt the contractor. But apparently lowes sees it different. We decided to go to Home Depot for this transaction and we will for future purchases... Apparently Home Depot cares more for their customers. Thanks for no help Alex...
