I don't normally rate huge chain stores, but I had an experience at this Lowe's recently that I want to share about. I ordered a couple of items for pickup. When I came in to pick up the items, I asked about how I could redeem a coupon that my order was supposed to have generated. 2 different associates helped me to solve the problem, and then they called the department manager over. I wish I'd taken a note of her name, because she went above and beyond. I think the department is called "fulfillment" but maybe I'm just remembering it that way because I felt really taken care of by the end of the interaction. Essentially, the manager offered to credit my order right then and there, so that I wouldn't have to try and resolve the problem with the 800#. I was blown away. She just saved me potentially hours of frustration. It was such a simple solution, but it was also a solution that I'm not sure the orange store would have offered. I don't know; I hope I'm wrong about that. In general, even though I've had frustrations with the website robots, the human beings I've interacted with at Lowe's--and especially this store--have gone above and beyond. Thank you, fulfillment manager.

Absolutely useless company. Employees are nearly non existent and not helpful and selection of even basic things is laughable. Couldn't even find the basic shut off valves in quarter turn without it being sharkbite. Went to home depot and spent 1/3 the price for better quality and selection.

We used their blind installation service, and unfortunately, it ended up being a “you get what you pay for” situation.
The process and customer service started off great. However, things quickly declined after we received a defective blind during our installation. What should have been a straightforward reorder turned into a 3–4 week process (and counting). It's finally being resolved... fingers crossed. But only after I had to consistently follow up and ask to speak with a supervisor (twice).
While I was receiving weekly calls and updates, there didn’t seem to be any real progress being made toward resolving the issue. If this had been an error on my end, I’d understand the delay. But since the defect was on their side, I expected it to be handled much more efficiently and proactively.
Overall, the experience was disappointing. If you’re looking for a lower-cost installation option, just be aware that you may be sacrificing responsiveness and service if something goes wrong.

This is the best Lowes I've been to. Everything is easy to find, and most of the high quality tools are relatively inexpensive. Love their bark mulch sales in the early spring every year. Most workers leave you alone and dont follow you around like at Home Depot.

Over the years our family has appreciated the excellent selection and good service at this store. Recently, my husband and I were in a hurry for a new washer and dryer, and once again we couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. Thank you, Assistant Manager Alex, Meagan and Ayman in Appliances for your teamwork over a 2-day period to help us select and order just the right washer and dryer to fit our needs.
