  Went in to buy replacement jets, only to find out they did not carry what I needed. The rep spent a lot of time with me telling me how to find the parts I needed online. Great service!

  Completely disappointed. They asked us to switch delivery dates, sent a confirmation to be there 9-11a, and showed up, after being contacted, at 3p. An entire day of missing work & appointments, because they charge $400, if you aren’t there for delivery. Then decide they can’t deliver it, and drive off before telling us that they couldn’t deliver it. 1.5hrs later I had to contact the store to find out the status. Would not recommend.
