  I hear to add-on the radio for buy three bags of miracle grow and get 3 bags free. So I went to the website. Saw the banner clicked on the banner, ordered nine bags, And I got nine bags. I called Lowe's customer service to let them know that the order was inaccurate. Spent 20 minutes on hold, only to be hung up on then called back. Spend another 20 minutes with a lady that could not fix the problem, And wouldn't put me on the phone with management, Only to have management later Tell me that it had something to do with the price And that's where the deal came in. This is absolutely false advertising.If you say that you're getting three bags for free, Then, you should get three bags for free. Either that or just say that they're at a reduced price. This is false advertising. And I feel like I got ripped off. I would never order anything from there again.

  This is completely ridiculous. You call the phone number for the AI and it doesn't hear anything you say and it keeps asking you the same questions repeatedly leaves you on hold for minutes and minutes and minutes just to ask you the same thing it asked you four times ago. Probably the most horrible AI directory

We’ have a $4000 dollar order , received partial material ,I’ve been waiting for two weeks to get what I paid for .the new thing corporate has learned is to quickly apologize but they really don’t do anything about it ,

  During the reset I did a hot lap looking for the cleansers that are now located by the entry as it turns out, which I like. However, a woman speaking limited English approached me indicating with a picture on her phone she was looking for an item. I helped her determine it was not on the shelf and told her she'd have to ask someone. When she looked at me confused I attempted to do it for her, 2 times. Both times I was ignored. I told her she could find what she needed at basically any store but Lowes. I've determined in the last 20 years of shopping at Lowes that while they generally stock small items I need and their inventory is usually pretty accurate, I do not rely on them for any large purchases. While they had a good selection in stock of exterior door knobs and locks when I needed to change mine the lack of assistance kept me from asking questions that would have led to an upgrade. Maybe I'll try again in 5 years when these wear out. I've had to replace multiple new washing machines because they could not supply one that wasn't damaged. I've researched my own plumbing and electrical needs while shopping because I simply can not find anyone or anyone with an answer. The Kohler cabinet I bought for my bathroom didn't last 6 months before the hinge broke. The Kohler shower head I bought didn't last 4 months before the selector stopped working. They did not have the mixer cartridge I needed for my shower in their vast shelf of parts but Grovers did, in their tiny inventory. And someone to answer my questions too. I tried to buy a lawn mower off the shelf but after being dodged by an employee who made a 20 min scene about helping a guy find the right string for his trimmer while ignoring me, I gave up and went to Home Depot. Where I purchased one. The list goes on... I guess it's only coming up now because I need a washer/dryer and a gas oven/range and I was shopping online....like, should I? I think I've finally learned my lesson after the mower. I'm not trying to nit pick, there are lots of small items like screws, straps and tools, face plates, trim, a dehumidifier I've been able to get here in stock when I needed them. But only if it requires no assistance. I keep thinking Lowes is improving home improvement like Walmart always has low prices...sometimes, and generally only if you keep your expectations low.
