    This store is the most atrocious example of customer service I have ever encountered. I came to the store 3x to spend $1000 on a new tool box and nobody was willing to help me order the one I wanted. Numerous times I have went there to buy products for my woodworking and I almost always encounter an excuse as to why they CANNOT help or they are flat out annoyed by the need for assistance. This place needs some serious work on their culture and customer service training. It is fine when someone doesn't have the product knowledge but they should always be willing to find an answer for a customer. This is a culture issue across the board and that starts from the top, in my opinion. Then I was charged 4x for the items when I did it online, which was then reduced to 2x and when I called in the lady was incredibly condescending and rude! THEN, I received a notification after I had picked up my items that I had to pick it up again, which made sense why I was charged 2x for an item..so I called the store and spoke with Cheri G and she was the ONLY Lowes employee willing to help me navigate through my experience. She was incredibly helpful! This place needs new management and a serious culture shift! Thank You. Nice looking toolbox though.

    Richard and Chad were very kind and helpful during my shopping trip to Lowe’s. It was great experience chatting with them and seeing their red vests with “Medford proud” on the back. Great looking store!

    I would rather shop at Lowe’s than Home Depot but I just tried to call to get a question about a project answered and the stupid AI call system transferred me to the completely wrong department after keeping me on the phone with a bunch of useless AI chatter for 5 mins. They said they would transfer me but I still wasn’t put through - total of 15mins on the phone. Had my questions answered after only 2 mins on the phone with Home Depot…

    Customer service, by phone and in store, is not consistently good. I purchased a dishwasher on Dec 1 2025 and was not given a delivery/install date. The installer called the night before he arrived. After fully installing the unit on Dec 6, we found it was defective. Installer called the store right then, no answer. He said he would follow up and should be back in about a week. I called the store myself the same afternoon, spoke to a young man who was not able to resolve the issue and he promised same day callback from manager. As of Dec 9, there has been no callback, even though I called Customer Service on Dec 7 and 8. This is very disappointing. Plus, there is a dishwasher in my kitchen that will not start. Can someone help out?
