Smaller store, that is sandwicked between other retail stores. Selection disappointing when compared to normal stand alone Lowes stores.

Buyer Beware - A recent shopping experience at Lowes proved to be very disappointing. We purchased a Maytag dryer that was on clearance "yellow tagged" brought it home, installed it, only to find out the start button wouldn't stay on once you released the button, The dryer light didn't work and there was no owners manual with the appliance. When calling the store I was transferred to the appliance dept multiple times with no answer or the capability to leave a message. Customer service had no resolution other than saying it was non refundable due to being on clearance. Being persistent I finally got to speak to a manager who explained to my surprise that these "yellow tag" sales are final and have been previously purchased, brought back to the store, repaired, and put on clearance. There was no signage on or near the dryer not even on the yellow tag that stated it was used, refurbished or final sale. The manager did override the store policy and allow the unit to be returned. In fairness a offer of $100 off a new dryer was given. That is the only reason I'm giving a 2 star review rather than 1 star.

Ordered a shower door online and paid $79 for delivery. It was the wrong size. Had to hire someone to return it to the store and ordered another shower door and again paid $79 for delivery. I refused delivery as it was badly damaged. Again recieving a rufund for the door but not the delivery charge and they want me to pay another $79 for delivery to order the door for the 3rd time. That would be $237 delivery fees for 1 item assuming it arrived in usable condition. Will shop at Home Depot from now on.

I spend way too much money here, but there is a reason. The humans who work there are kind, helpful, and responsive. The prices are reasonable and I rarely go online to find something that costs less not competitors as they seem to not be able to compete. As far as their main competitor h. Depot I wouldn't use them if you paid me as they were a major contributor of project 2025. Lowe's gets extra points from me as they are barefoot friendly.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
