- APAngela PerezNov 1, 20251.0I wouldn’t recommend getting your furniture from Aaron’s, I have had issues with my couches 4 months into having them and I’ve expressed my concerns and they say they’re going to fix them but never contact me again to. On top of that this morning I called for them to come get my couches because I’m tired of have couches that are broken. Amanda on the phone assumed because of the government shutdown, in her words “people need to decide to pay for groceries or pay for their couches at Aaron’s” I was very confused on why she was bringing up the government shutdown because what did that have to do with my couches being broken. First of all she didn’t ask me why I wanted to return my couches she assumed it’s because of the government shutdown. I find it very weird she even mentioned that and very weird to assume it has nothing to do with the quality of their furniture. And assumed it had to do with finances. So next time you decide to get furniture from them, they’re going to assume you’re broke because you’re making payments on a couch.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.

Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
