    Terrible, no clear instructions to use (should be printed out on machine), but at least 3 upsale questions! I was unable to get a receipt afterwards, once I missed the question could not get it after keys were cut. I will not use this system again as they just want to upsell with no customer service no way to get help

    First time I used minute key and once I used the kiosk, I will continue to use it for keys it supports. Pleasent experience and when I got home the new keys worked smoother than the original .
