I had excellent service at the paint desk one day by a young lady, the next day I had some guy that seemed a little over his head. The lawn and garden department is good and the staff are helpful. My wife and I took it home and I installed it Monday the 6th 2025. Installing a Dishwasher isn't my first time. Tuesday night at about 6;45 (the 7th) we turned it on for the first time. The Dishwasher promptly dumped water all over my hardwood floors. Damaging the floors. I cleaned the floors as quick as I could but the damage was done. At a out 8:30 I called Lowes And was told to go pound sand sense i didn't buy the warranty. Even though I was told at the time I bought the washer it came with a year warranty. I've called corporate and nothing. Absolutely nothing. I've looked into what the problem is with the idea of just fixing it. I found that the machine is actually missing a part. And just sends the water all over the place. Its horrible no customer service at all. And they treat you like crap.
