    Took a sample of my wall in 4 times for paint match and still not even close. Did it once at Home Depot and got it first try. I've been going here for years, but I would get paint somewhere else. Not to mention that they have a discount on paint but apparently it's a rebate to Valspar. I don't think it would kill you to not make that in fine print. Anytime you need something like lumber, or siding taken down they will take about 40 minutes. You guys should have pallets ready to go when you run out. Check your inventory daily. Every single time I need something it's empty, and you stand there for almost an hour waiting for some kid to roll up. The staff is friendly and the returns are easy, but how you get better prices and more product at Home Depot. I am a life long Lowe's guy, but I think I'm going to switch.

    So I showed up ready to spend thousands of dollars on appliances. I walked in not one workers back there to be found for at least 30 minutes. The dude working back there was honestly clueless and not knowledgeable at all. I took my 7500 dollars I was ready to spend in your store to Home Depot and the guy in there Paul older gentleman knew his stuff and bent over backwards spent 3 hours working with me and my wife to get the stuff needed. Home Depot matched Lowe’s spring sales event free delivery, price cut, and their free installation for me and my wife, got a stove, microwave, fridge, dish washer and washer and dryer. I used to love Lowe’s customer service what ever you all changed over there won’t be back. Home Depot made a customer.

    My wife and i went to order Bali blinds for our kitchen Wed 2:44 pst March 11th. Waiting in blind section and pressed button for help that didn't work. Young man employee was walking by and i had to stop him to ask for service and if he worked in blind section. He said yes but i am helping someone else and walked of. He never came back. 3 other employees 2 girl on young man were walking toward us joking and smiling among themselves and walked by us never asking if we needed help. At that point my wife said lets get out of here , and i said lets go to home depot maybe we will get better customer service, and so we left. At this point am going to Home Depot before i ever go to Lowes again. PS: if this happened to us how many other lost customer is this happening to??

    Unacceptable. Hard on 90 day return policy. Wouldn’t let me exchange for something useful to me. I’ll never return to Lowe’s unless they remedy this. So disappointed
