  very good experience with Seth from the Hillsborough office, shore room was well layed out, very clean, this is the second hot tub we have gotten from Oregon hot tub.

  Bought a $17k hottub from them, have followed the questionable instruction booklet they send you, and still have constant issues with the thing. It also cost $85 every time a technician from the hot tub company comes out. My advice would be to get something cheaper from Costco. Yeah it will have issues but so will the expensive ones.
