This company needs some help. It seems that the left hand does not always know what the right hand is doing.
Three delivery date changes for a water heater and required install items. No explanation was offered. One item is optional that anyone can do later. After the first change, delivery was assigned for today. I received two text messages confirming the accuracy of delivery information and that I did not wish to make changes. I responded properly to both messages. Suddenly the third delay. I wonder if I will get a delivery in 7 more days as they now say. The expected delivery time of 11 A.M. TO 11 P.M. !!
FWIW: For a period of time, I was a residential property developer who escorted every building inspector that arrived. I kept up to date with all codes to make sure that person did and thus avoid delays.

Great store, very clean and a great selection on items, HOWEVER, Some of the staff are unorganized and just a little bit unfriendly. Had to make a return and the line was so LONG. Only one person up there! Poor employee seemed so stressed. I went to check out and that line didn’t seem any better! Management needs to give these poor employees a break and hire more people.

Rating 5 stars for yesterday’s help from a woman named Tonya. I came in around 4-4:30. I went back to get mulch. When I went to the outdoor area and asked where I could find a certain brand of mulch a man (don’t know his name) just pointed to the back corner…. It was pouring down rain so I don’t believe he wanted to leave from under the covered area.. So I walked myself over and as I started to look, a woman with orangish red hair came over(Tonya) and not only brought me a flatbed cart but she proceeded to help me load all 10 bags, and brought it over to checkout, then also helped me load them into my car…. Meanwhile the men didn’t lift a finger. I called back an hour later to ask for her name because I was pleasantly surprised she was so helpful and hardworking but disappointed that the men were lazy, avoiding being in the rain even though they had on rain jackets and I was in a Tshirt… so if you go to Lowe’s look for the women workers. They seem to be more helpful and hardworking.
