- IUinternet userApr 6, 20195.0Steven is cool guy and made the rental process as easy as possible for me at a time when I was seriously worried about the future of some of my most cherished items (Ichiro signed ASG ball, 8th grade yearbook, cat photos [RIP Brad], Guy Fieri kitchen-used Flavor Town towel, etc). Every one else has been nice too and they're all very serious about keeping your items safe and secure. The facility is nice and quiet and the personalized greeting on the key-pad is a nice touch. Everything is clean and organized and sometimes I feel jealous I don't have my own bank of storage units. I've only been to a few different storage unit facilities and this particular location has been my favorite. It's not overwhelming in size and there's no ill-placed extension cords, gangs or other signs of people living there or acting suspiciously. The only negatives I have were cost related and are probably only issues to me because I'm a "Cheap Skate." My "free month" ended up being 90% of my normal monthly rate due to insurance, a lock and some other stuff.
