- ARAdam RutterOct 27, 20251.0Was sold a “12,000 BTU” portable AC that’s actually a 7,800 BTU model according to GE and DOE standards. The store blamed a warehouse tag but still charged the higher 12k price, and when I tried to correct it, they insisted no mistake was made instead of resolving the issue. Misleading labeling like this shouldn’t happen — check the specs carefully before you buy or lease.

- SNSam NangJan 30, 20231.0This is the second or third time this has happened to us. We got scheduled at 11am this time around. Usually when you make an appointment then that’s when they’ll see you. Well that wasn’t the case. Most of the day went by after calling the store several times about their whereabouts. They had no idea. There excuse was that they had no way to get a hold of the delivery guys. That’s very unprofessional in my eyes. Atleast call and let us know that your going to be late. They showed up at 4pm and I told them that we called the store and cancelled due to lack of communication. Never doing business with hermiston store again. Been a loyal customer for 3 years now and this is how loyal customers get treated. We also talked to the store manager Steve about it and seems like nothing is going to be done. Denied to give give us the owners phone number.

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
