The locksmith who came out was polite and did the job, but I didn't know the difference between changing the locks and simply re-keying them (which is all I actually needed, it turns out) and the locksmith did not explain the difference. I was charged $425 for the deadbolt, $425 for the handle lock, plus a $199 service fee, for a whopping total of $1049. After I reached out to the company to complain about being overcharged, they did refund $275, which I appreciate. However, even with that adjustment, I still feel the cost was far higher than reasonable and that the pricing wasn’t clearly explained up front. I’d encourage anyone using KeyMe to ask detailed questions about the options and prices before the work begins. If you can't understand the locksmith then send them away and call another one.

Remember there's plenty of other locksmith out there that have better customer service and attitude then this one! I would of giving zero Stars if it would of let me.
