My member was waiting over an hour with no update for the technician or customer service to never follow up. Then when trying to cancel, the person on the phone tried to explain there was a cancellation fee. I let them know it was way past the time of waiting on them and they can try again the next day. They then wanted to make an appointment for 10am same day in which we did. All for them to charge $339! Very disappointed in the service all together. 10 minutes for almost $350!? Our fleet organization will never use them again.
