  I love the convience. I recently used and the keys did not work. I requested and received a refund without trouble. Excellent customer service.

  Overall this was a good experience. The first thing I saw was a notice that it doesn't keep data on the key or my payment method. It did ask for an email address if I wanted a receipt via email. I needed a 3 or 4 copies of a house key. At $4 each, I decided to just get 3 copies. There was a button to press to add a copy. After pressing it twice, it showed a free 3rd copy, so I was happy to get three keys for $8. When i pressed "purchase" it asked if I wanted a 4th copy for $1.59. Such a deal - I got 4 keys for under $10. I checked each key in the lock when I got home and they all worked perfectly. This was the second Minute Key kiosk I went to. The one just down the street at the market on Burnside in Gresham was out of order. I took off one star only because it took several minutes to make each key, so I was there for another 15 minutes after already spending 5 minutes going through the process of placing the order. So between driving to two places and going through the process, it took more than half an hour to get the keys made.
