Very rude didn't help when I couldn't find what I was looking for and when I finally found the Ile I had to leave because everyone was standing around looking at me instead of helping me find two little things a closet pole and sand paper that's all I needed and I only had a close pole and no sand paper so a week later I finally remembered I still need sandpaper I finally found it but they could have helped me better before customer service is very lacking.😞

I figured I would call ahead to check over the phone for availability and pricing questions for an item I was interested in purchasing. It is a 20 minute drive from my house and I didn’t want to get there and find out that the item was unavailable, or not the price I was looking for. It took 30 minutes 30 seconds of being on hold/speaking with a robot until someone actually answered the phone to answer my questions. The total call lasted for 33 minutes. I had all of my questions answered in 2 minutes 30 seconds. I hope you can understand my frustration.

Signs everywhere saying to respect the employees. Great and always even if they are rude. Literally sent through the store back and forth multiple times for replacement screen for my screen door. No one seemed to have any idea and one said the computer said they don’t carry it. Yet and I look online you seem to have it. Left without it even though it seems like one of the most basic hardware supplies. Between my time wasted and the rising cost of gas, it gets easier to go to Amazon. Perhaps if customers are unhappy and taking it out on your employees it’s time for better training?

When we first landed in Eugene, one of our first stops was Lowe’s to get set up in our new home. We purchased a washer and dryer, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with during the whole process.
Since then, we’ve made several large purchases there, and the experience has been consistently positive. It’s clear they have a strong team that takes care of customers and keeps things moving smoothly.
As a veteran, I also really appreciate that they offer a military discount. It’s a meaningful gesture that doesn’t go unnoticed.
