  From the moment that I walked in, I was greeted with such courtesy kindness respect by Russell. He asked me what I needed. I was rambling off and soon he could figure out what I was trying to say. Russell, met all of my wants and is now review reviewing, what he has that will satisfy me. La-Z-Boy recliner chair. Thank you so much, Russell. I will be back to buy whatever you have selected for me that I like thank you again.

  Russ was great making sure the furniture fit our size. Not pushy showed us styles that we leaned towards. Had a good visit walked out with new sofa and recliners.

  Great experience, Christopher took his time to make sure we found exactly the perfect recliner. The experience was way beyond other furniture store we have been to.

  After several months of visiting furniture stores, we were getting weary of feeling like sales people followed us everywhere. Decided to try La-Z-Boy again, after meeting Russ in the store. He was exceptional to work with. We reviewed the furniture we were interested in, with both Russ and Cheyenne. It was then off to the races! They set up a time to come to our home and measure, provide design ideas, and insight on room layout. Cheyenne had our 3D image’s available later the same day. We were very pleased with the process and options they both provided . Very professional and knowledgeable, not pushy at all. We are now looking forward to the arrival of the living room furniture ordered. We would definitely recommend this location and the employees we interacted with.

  Jack was absolutely amazing. Answered all my questions and I had a lot of them. He offered to have someone come out and do a custom design and measurements and show it to us on the screen!
