- TGTaylor Gill6 days ago1.0WORST experience ever. Used for their locksmith and would not recommend to anyone. Took over 1.5 hours when originally told 30 minutes. Showed up with someone in beat up car, and wanting to charge me 300+ dollars. Over the phone I was told 45 (then told it would be discounted due to the lateness) and on the website no other information or fees were disclosed. When I brought up to the man none of these fees were disclosed, he never addressed it and just stated I needed to pay. If it had been disclosed, I would not have gone with this company. As well I was working as a designated service provider for an individual with a disability. This wasted SO much time, put my client in distress and was EXTREMELY unprofessional. I am a young female and was alone at a park until dark dealing with this. Website did not contain any information, the individual who was “helping” me did a horrible job, had poor communication skills, and was lying about why he was late. I cannot stress enough how much of a bad experience this was. I would never trust this company with anything as who they are hiring to help others behaves in a manner such as this.
