- MSmike sheahanMar 11, 20261.0Lowes so-called 'AI assistant" on the phone is hot garbage. Talking to a human should never involve yelling at a computer first. I had to tell the AI no less than 5 times that "Yes, get a human" before it actually did. Lowes loses my business for good.

- MAMarjorie AckermanFeb 26, 20261.0I have shopped at Lowe's for over 40 years having been a NC native where the store started. I have NEVER been treated in such a horrible way!!! I wanted to buy several items for a camper that I had just bought. I asked about a price match on an idea that was $10 cheaper at Home Depot. The answer was no. The reason given wàs "out of stock" An hour earlier I had bought several items & left to go out to the camper to put them away & measure for replacement window coverings. After walking over to Fred Meyer & rushing before they closed, I was SHOCKED to see a Eugene policeman waiting to tell me that Lowes wanted me off the property because I was "trespassing" I explained that I left the store after taking with "Hudson" about a propane heater. I told him I didn't buy it yet but had bought several other items. I asked what time they opened in the morning so I would make my purchase on another one with a fan that cost $69 more or just settle for the $100 with a $30 adapter hose. I have NEVER been treated like this ever before from ANY merchant, especially one I chose over a competitor just a short distance away. VERY RUDE!!!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
