If you want customer service, go to another store. We went out to Lowe's looking for something specific. The website said it was in stock but we couldn't find it. We asked an employee at the front who said there were 19 in stock. We asked for help finding it and were told there was nobody working in that dept that day. She called over the intercom for help, nobody came. After waiting for quite a while we asked somebody else for help. They called over the intercom for help. Finally, a nice man named Tyler, who worked in another dept tried to help us. He even checked outside. The item was nowhere to be found. Our trip was a frustrating waste of time. I'll go somewhere else next time.

I have never experienced such poor care by Lowe's. First off we bought a washer and dryer unit from Lowe's in Eugene. The day it was delivered our whirlpool washer machine broke down. It took them awhile to replace. Then secondly I ordered a large tool bench with wheels and a hard wood talk. When that was delivered the top wood top to the benched had gouging scratches. I had to refuse it and it took Lowes quite awhile to replace and had it redelivered. Thirdly, after all of that our dryer timer went out. I kept calling Lowe's and the Whirlpool number for repairs. I never heard back after leaving multiple messages with Whirlpool. Then one day after my service warranty they say expired they emailed me and told me that I would have to pay for the repair on our dryer. I am a Veteran and Lowe's failed me and my family in so many ways. DON'T buy any Appliance's from Lowe's or have anything delivered. I am done shopping with Lowe's forever.

Should have read the reviews about their appliance delivery and install. Bought a dishwasher at the end of December that still isn't here. Called their third party company because it was supposed to be delivered on the 31st. No calls, no show!! They didn't even bother to sound apologetic, just a "yeah that happens" from them. I lost out on work and with a family to feed every lost dollar counts. When I asked that they make it right and deliver today they offered me a date at the end of the month then lied to the Lowes representative who called them back for me and said I rejected a date they never offered. I'm disappointed and pissed off. I'm never using LOWEs again.
