  We were so tired of looking at recliners. Our last chair purchase was from Lazyboy during the pandemic and frankly, it wasn’t a great experience. But after three other furniture stores we thought we should at least look. And then Amanda Carter happened. She was genuinely interested in finding out what we wanted and knew every recliner in the store, laid out pros and cons and led us easily through a three-way tie breaker. She is the ultimate in customer service and professionalism. Lazy boy is so lucky to have this caliber of skills wrapped up in a delightful person. We bought exactly what we needed - very happy.

  Amanda was amazing! She listened to what our needs were and steered us in the perfect direction. She helped us to pair our new sectional with a great floor lamp and rug as well.
