I want my money back Update: December 20, 2025 I decided to give this service another try, this time at a separate location in the WinCo off of Coberg Rd in Eugene, Oregon; and again the machine took my money without producing the keys. If anyone in the general public is reading this review, I highly discourage you from using this service. It is unreliable and frustrating. This company has taken many minutes of my life which I will never get back. Even though they might offer a refund of my money, I can never get back the time I have spent in frustration and trying to get my money back. Please be forewarned.
