If you cancel your order after seeing the price, they will offer you something like 3.00 off. 6.99 to make a key is still insane, and they add $1 fee for some reason, so even with the discount it’s 7.99 for 1 key. If you have time, I’d go to a local hardware store or Home Depot instead.

If anyone in the general public is reading this review, I highly discourage you from using this service. It is unreliable and frustrating. This company has taken many minutes of my life which I will never get back. Even though they might offer a refund of my money, I can never get back the time I have spent in frustration and trying to get my money back. Please be forewarned.
