- DDdebi dayMay 8, 20175.0I went home for lunch and found my refrigerator and freezer not working. I called AAA and they had someone out to my house within 3 hours!! After finding a part that still had a warranty I was only charge for a service call and that saved me a few hundred dollars!! They were quick to respond, excellent service and just really nice people from the receptionist to the technician, very professional!! This was the second time that I had AAA do a repair for me and I will definitely call them again!
- LBLaura BodnerFeb 6, 20171.0After waiting a week for my appointment, the technician just came out to my house spent less than 2 minutes and told me the problem was the vent in my dryer and AAA Quality Appliance Care does not do vents. The technician gave me a 10% coupon for someone who takes care of vents, charged me for the visit and was on his way. As a company that advertises servicing dryers I find it ludicrous that a problem as common as venting is not something that they service. When I expressed my frustration about the fact that I felt I was being ripped off and would share my experiences with realtor colleagues, I was told that if I was in the real estate business than I should be making enough money that paying for this terrible service should not bother me.
