- SSSarahMar 6, 20261.0I pre paid for a recliner to rent to own at, Aaron's Rent to own in Eugene 0regon at 1990 W 11th and when I got to the store to provide verification I was told that chair was no longer available but they had more expensive chairs available. I said no and that I wanted a refund and I was told that they would refund me right away and it would be refunded to my original form of payment and it would take 7-10 business days. I waited 19 business days and still no refund! I called my bank and they checked my account and said there was no attempt to refund my $43.99 at all! And it had been 19 business days! And when I called "Abby" she said that Aaron's would not reissue my refund! When they didn't even issue my refund in the first place! I will never pre pay anything ever again! I would rate this store a big 0 if I could! Don't shop at Aaron's Rent to own there are plenty of other trustworthy options.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
