  AAA Appliance scheduled my appointment in a timely manner when others were over a month out. Technician was a very young but knowledgeable man. Took care of my refrigerator problem. Would definitely recommend AAA Appliance.

  After waiting a week for my appointment, the technician just came out to my house spent less than 2 minutes and told me the problem was the vent in my dryer and AAA Quality Appliance Care does not do vents. The technician gave me a 10% coupon for someone who takes care of vents, charged me for the visit and was on his way. As a company that advertises servicing dryers I find it ludicrous that a problem as common as venting is not something that they service. When I expressed my frustration about the fact that I felt I was being ripped off and would share my experiences with realtor colleagues, I was told that if I was in the real estate business than I should be making enough money that paying for this terrible service should not bother me.
