  Schaefers Stove and Spa has been absolutely incredible! We live on the Coast and purchased a spa from them. Our site was incredibly difficult to access. They were incredibly careful and installed it with perfect precision. We highly recommend them.

  We bought a Marquis spa from Schaefer’s last month. Their customer service is excellent. They delivered it when they said they would, made sure it was placed correctly, and instructed us on care & maintenance. When we had a minor problem someone came within a few hours to correct it. All of them have been unfailing helpful, professional, and pleasant. I’m relieved to know that if there’s a problem or questions I have help right here in Corvallis. They really stand behind what they sell!

  I highly recommend Schaefers Stove & Spa. Before I bought a new hot tub they provided a lot of advice about maintenance for the old one. When I realized I needed a new one (along with a wood stove insert) Eric came to my house and spent two hours discussing options. He clearly wanted me to have what would work best for me rather than trying to sell me on anything. I decided it was worth the money to purchase these items new as I know Schaefers will help should any issues arise. And, since I have eczema, I went with the Microsilk option which I love. I also appreciated the easy to follow lesson at my house on maintaining my new Marquis spa. Mo is great and helpful. She was even accommodating and unphased when there was an issue with my check. If you’re in the market for a stove or spa I suggest going to Schaefers!!

  We have been using our stove for a couple months now and we love it! Eric came to the house to perform an estimate and give his reccomendation. He stayed quite a while and educated me on what stove would be good and options on where to place it. Eric, also being the installer, I felt really confident. He didn't try to upsale and reccomended the smallest Lopi stove, and boy are we glad! This stove works excellent!! We also went with Schaefers because we live on the coast and the two other local outlets were not very responsive and didn't provide any education on what and why to get a particular stove. Very happy with our stove and Schaefers!
