  There should be sign where they say no Apple/tap to pay available. Spent 2 hours shopping, line, fully check all the items and only after tell me

  Lazy employee on the phone. I called 5 mins before closing but they wouldn't check the SKU to tell me if an item was in stock.

  when I went to hobby lobby all the staff were extremely disrespectful to me. it was my first time in there and they had the security guard blatantly following me around down every aisle I went down and treated me like I was a criminal, standing at the end of every aisle I was in with his arms crossed. All the employees kept giving me dirty looks and making rude comments under their breath. When I went to pay for my items with tab to pay they rudely said "what are you doing? we don't have tap to pay. " when I apologized and told them that I wasn't aware another employee said " sure you didn't I'm sure you got enough stuff in your bag" at this point I was completely shocked at the accusation and with that I opened my bag revealing to them that I had nothing from their store in it. I will never shop there again and it's a shame because I am an artist and would have continued shopping there had I been treated better.

  Went in about a week ago, and as I dont have a car right now, I had my backpack with me becuase I rode the bus, straight from work, so I could carry my work stuff around and still be hands free. I dont get to get out kid free very often and when I do, I like to be able to take my time looking at things (not to mention i have a million projects and 1 scattered brain so im always remembering something else I need) i dont know if its the back pack or me going back and forth between the charms and patches trying to make up my mind, but the staff followed me around, and were loudly talking about my whereabouts in the store,like I was going to steal. Ive never stolen anything a day in my life. It made me uncomfortable and wanting to get out of there. I purchased a few small things, but would have bought a lot more if I didnt feel so out of place. I wont be going back. Which is a shame, the one in vancouver is much nicer, but I will not support a company that makes me feel unwelcome.

  We needed to get a painting framed and Melanie B. In the framing department was very helpful. She even helped us research whether the special UV glass would block our "Glow in the Dark" painting from the exposure to a black light. It was important that the black light would still be able to provide a continuous flow of UV energy and would give that intense, vivid light effect that lasts as long as the black light is on. She could have just told us to Google it but she didn't. She was great!
