  I only needed one key and the instructions on the kiosk were difficult to understand and I ended up paying an additional charge for second key. Also the original fee for the 1 key I needed was over a dollar more expensive than what I was quoted on the screen. I have used your services before and had no issues. This Time I am disappointed and overcharged and additionally charged for extra product I didn't need or want.

  Simple job turned to a $4000 bill. I made a request to open my restaurant door after leaving keys inside. Technician was called out and couldn't open it. Fiddled with YouTube videos before saying he needs to use other tools. Ends up drilling to remove the lock which means replacing all the locks plus the 4+hrs of "labor" it took for him to fumble around. Afterwards, he xame to me after the job requesting $4000. If I knew that it was going to be that much, I would've called someone else. Not a single quote was ever given before hand.

  Machine is fine. DO NOT USE THEM AS A LOCKSMITH, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Installed a single lock for $756 under the promise (a lie) that if anything was wrong later they will fix it for free, “that’s why it’s so expensive.” Also another $42 for I think 5 extra keys. A few months go by and the lock has become pretty loose in the door so I give them a call but they tell me it will be a new job so we have to pay. I’m given the run around over and over again, was asked to schedule a service I’d have to pay even more money for; I said no. Even had someone call me to claim they weren’t the ones who installed it (even though customer service found who was contracted out to do the job and contacted them, so the company who was at fault could contact me directly). Allegedly there is a “refund check in the mail” but we will see how that goes. We just had a new locksmith come in, since the lock still needed to be fixed. This new legitimate locksmith informed us that the KeyMe worker installed a $5 lock and did not even secure it in place (all for the sweet price of $756+)!!! I guess two days ago he also fixed another lock for people who had tried to use this same KeyMe and they got scammed just like we did! Machine is great but absolutely do not have them come to your house or business. Call a legitimate locksmith business in the area instead. Do not be a damn fool like we were.
