- JJJustinFeb 23, 20261.0I didn't get one of my keys. Then I called and stayed on hold for 13 mins the first time and 19 mins the second time without any support. Then I did the link for help and they didn't have an option for not getting the key at all. I was automatically denied a partial refund on my order. The key was a special for my kid. He doesn't understand why he couldn't get it. Not sure why I can't directly respond to the reply. I see that you suggested that I go to the website that I was already an automatic denied due to you not having the correct options. Thanks for the reply but that doesn't help me. I already tried your website several times.
