  We purchased our hottub thru Matthew last summer. We were extremely pleased with his time, effort and personal care to make sure we got the product we wanted at the very best price. He continues to give us great service and advice on operating and maintaining our hot tub. Thanks Matthew!!!

  I purchased my spa here in 2018 and was perfectly happy with the sales experience and the spa itself. The problem is with the service department. Over the last year I've spent a ton on regular maintenance as well as costly repairs to my spa, and each time the service tech has come out they have made something worse. The service department is impossible to reach and it's not uncommon to have a one week turnaround before they respond to a message I cannot emphasize more strongly that you should avoid a service contract with this company.

  DO NOT BUY A HOT TUB FROM OREGON HOT TUB. They and their service department care very little about their customers once they receive your money. Consider yourself forewarned.

  I purchased a tub from these guys in December 2018. We really loved it, but when I drained it out to clean it for the first time in April I was horrified when I heard a loud crack under my foot as I stepped into the shell to wipe some areas clean. There was a very large crack, and I couldn't believe what had just happened. One of the reasosn I bought a Hot Spring was their claim that they stand behind their product, and I'm happy to report that's true. They sent out Bobby (who had also installes the tub for us) and he said this was only the second time in 15 years he had seen a shell crack like that. Luckily they did replace the tub with absolutely no hassle to me, and we are very happy.
