Crystal is an employee there who helped us immensely!! She went above and beyond to help us look for the right color combinations and even created a mock bouquet for us to look at. I feel negative about watching another employee standing around genuinely doing nothing, watching Lorri accrue a huge line and waiting like 5-10 minutes before finally calling people over to help. Lorri you're a hard worker and we love you :)
