  We purchased our first hot tub last month from Oregon Hot Tub. We looked around and compared different models and manufacturers. We eventually settled on Oregon Hot Tub and a Hot Springs Limelight tub. Doug was first class from the beginning and went above and beyond his normal job duties. He even followed up a week after to make sure the Tub was preforming correctly and provided us a tutorial on how to care for the tub. Customers for life as long as Doug is working. Thanks again!

  My husband and I recently purchased a Grandee hot tub from Oregon Hot Springs in Beaverton. This is the second hot tub we have purchased from Oregon Hot Springs, we love the quality of the tubs and the service throughout the life of the hot tub is excellent. On our recent purchase, we worked with Doug Moser throughout the entire process. Doug was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about every aspect of the hot tubs, the equipment, set-up, delivery, maintenance questions, electrical needs, even the removal of our old hot tub. He also gave us a referral for an electrician familiar with the Oregon Hot tubs who did a great job. Every time we had a question, Doug knew exactly what was needed, and had the resource to solve the puzzle. He walked with us through the entire process from decision-making to delivery, and we absolutely love our new Grandee (and so do the grandkids). Doug is amazing, an excellent listener, and very, very patient. I highly recommend Oregon Hot tubs, and I highly recommend Doug Moser.

  We’ve had an excellent experience with Oregon Hot Tub! The service has been outstanding from start to finish. Doug, our service rep, has gone above and beyond—always professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The customer service team is equally impressive: responsive, helpful, and truly committed to making sure everything goes smoothly. It’s rare to find a company that cares this much about their customers. Highly recommend!
