Story time: moved to Oregon in Sept., that is when I rented a storage space, within the span of 4 months my storage increased $200 dollars, 100/every other month, when I asked why and how is this a thing, the staff responded with, "we are allowed to increase storage rates whenever we want." I get your business your rules, but I felt like they where attempting to raise my storage fee in hopes of me not being able to pay the fees. Well, I had to find another storage space and spend money to move my belongings, again.
