- SBSound BitesFeb 7, 20261.0I moved in here in October 2025 due with a 4 month move-in deal or some such. I got a 10'x10' drive-up unit. Actual inside measured dimensions are 9'x9.5'. The raised portion of the floor which is set away from the walls is even smaller. How is that truth in advertising? Seems dishonest to me. Additionally, my unit is at the back of the property, with the roll-up door facing West. I now have mold on a lot of stored items from bicycle tires, to backpacks, to EZ-Up bags, carboard boxes, etc. I have a shed on my property and these same items that were stored there never had a mold/mildew problem until I stored them in this unit. I had a unit on a different part of this facility when it was a local company who owned it and never had mold or mildew problems. It's also more expensive than a nearby facility with indoor, climate-controlled units which measure 10' 4" x 10' 4" with a flat, wall-to-wall floor. I moved out today. Cannot recommend this place.
