I don’t store food or anything that would attract pests, yet my unit and belongings were completely covered in rat droppings. When I brought this to staff and asked to move, they said I could switch to another unit of the same size — but only if I paid an extra $200 per month. They also confirmed they don’t use any rat deterrents in the units. I normally don’t leave reviews, but if this saves someone else from dealing with what I went through, it’s worth posting.
