When I got the new bill, I was floored. The rate increase was 21%! When I contacted the corporate customer service, they offered a rather pitiful discount that wasn’t worth sticking around. When I expressed this, they put me in touch with David, the property manager for this location. Where the corporate organization let me down, David stood up for me. He went beyond just reducing the rate increase… He had it removed altogether! It feels good to know that someone actually cares about my business and my loyalty and is willing to advocate for me instead of just seeing me as dollar signs and replaceable. Thanks, David!

The staff has been friendly and helpful, so I don't put all of this on them as its a large facility, however it seems like this issue has not been addressed properly and controlled as of yet.
