I ordered something online to pick it up at the store because I've come from far away and they don't give me what it is! Instead, they give me something that's already used. I asked for the box at least, and no, there's no box! They never specified on the website that it was used! It said new! What horrible service!

Waited around for them to bring out cinderblocks with their forklift since they didn't have any sitting out or on the shelf
( shelf- where you get the joy of digging them out from under a gondola loading on a cart and then reloading into your truck) Apparently only two managers can drive the forklift. They never showed, got my money back and went to Orange. Found the same lumber that I bought at lowes for less there so went back and got a refund on that too. What a waste, Lowes used to be my go to first store, now they will be my go to last store if at all.
