  **EDIT: Well, thank you Leon's for 'making this right'. They contacted me this morning and will be delivering the couch tomorrow. Thank you to Sarah at the front desk, and the management staff for correcting the situation and ensuring customer service and satisfaction. Thank you Leon's for your prompt and courteous solution. I appreciate it. :) I bought a beautiful leather sofa on April 10th from the Woodstock store, as London did not have it in stock in their store in the colour I wanted. The woman I dealt with was helpful on that day and guaranteed my delivery for April 28th, the last Tuesday of the month where Woodstock delivers to London. I phoned them today (the 27th) to inquire about my window of time for tomorrow's delivery. They told me that I was not on the list for a delivery at all and I would not be getting my sofa until May 12th...Huh??? I was pretty upset and a bit angry as I am having visitors this weekend and expected a new couch in my living room. I also declined a job for the 28th so I could be home for the delivery. Suffice to say I'm not happy as they said there's no way a delivery could be done on the 28th. I accepted the May 12th delivery as I obviously want the couch still, but waiting another 2 weeks was not the plan I was promised. I am hoping Leon's Woodstock will make this right somehow. I still am looking forward to my couch, but very unhappy with how this turned out.

  I have bought all 4 of my Appliances from Leon's, beginning on May 30th 2003. The washing machine we had delivered today replaced the one we bought back in September of 2007. 18 years and nary an issue. Sales and delivery people each care about the customer, and it goes beyond the sale. Leon's have me as a loyal customer as long as I'm alive and kicking! Hats off to Leon's!

  Our experience in store was great. We were given the information we needed to make our decision and offered options to optimize our value without feeling forced. The delivery service was excellent, quick and efficient and the guys were very nice to interact with.

  My go to store for home furnishings. The sales staff are great along with the delivery staff. They pay attention to detail. The sales man I have dealt with for three separate purchases made sure I had everything I needed. If they didn’t have it he went and found it. The delivery gentleman go above and beyond to take care with your delivery. They do not charge extra to deliver your item(s) to the area you would like them in (like some companies). They even take all the packaging with them. Again something not all companies do. I would highly recommend Leon’s Woodstock. They have been wonderful to work with.
