  We have bought a few items from woodstock Leon's. Every purchase has been great. Everything was perfect and delivered as promised. Highly recommend this location!

  Purchase was easy. Waited a long time for it to be available, but was willing to do so to get what I wanted. Delivery notifications and updates were perfect. The delivery attendants fast, clean and courteous. Even took my old bed away . Totally recommend.

  Although there was an issue with the dryer I bought, (plastic part on the bottom was broke), the 2 guys delivering it were 100% honest and asked me to come out to take a look. They explained the issue, gave me some options and were very apologetic. The decision was made to have another dryer sent out as early as they can. Very professional and polite by and very apologetic.

  Shawn was a great sales rep. Not pushy but very knowledgeable on the items I asked about. He understood we didn't need to be "sold" on anything so he gave us space. We ended up buying a sectional and bed. Delivery was excellent. Quick and efficient. Polite and clean. Respected our space. Removed shoes before entering. I would recommend this store and will be buying again in the future.

  We spent just under $10,000 on new furniture for our home, and unfortunately one of the power recliners arrived broken. We notified Leon’s immediately and a technician was sent out, who confirmed the motor needed to be replaced. We were told the motor would be ordered and that we’d be contacted to schedule the repair. After a month and a half with no follow-up, I had to call in myself. I was told someone would look into it and call me back, but that never happened. After calling again a week later, I was finally informed that the correct motor wouldn’t be available until March, and they would instead use a motor that wasn’t even specific to our couch model. After over two months (and only because I continually followed up) the motor was finally replaced. For a purchase of this size, the quality and level of customer service were very disappointing.
