- AKAnish KumarMar 31, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at Access Storage in Woodstock. From the beginning, the information provided to me was unclear and misleading, which created unnecessary confusion. What made it worse was the customer service. The staff were extremely rude, showed no patience, and were not willing to properly explain things or help resolve my concerns. It felt like they were not interested in assisting customers at all. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable service. Definitely needs improvement in both communication and customer care.
