I ordered a new electric range from online at The BRICK in November 2025 and due to back order was only able to pick it up at the end of Feb2026. As the appliance was destined for Pelee Island I was ok with the delay and could store the appliance until the ferry in April. Yesterday I was able to bring the appliance across. Unfortunately when we installed the electric range the burner knobs, oven towel/opener and anti-tip bar was missing. I called the Windsor BRICK store and was told to contact the manufacturer, the store would not assist. Pelee Island has poor cell phone service and I asked that the store call. I was refused. The CSR offered to read me their policy as to why they would not assist and sent me the manufacture’s contact details.
I paid for a full appliance and did not receive same. I feel that the store is responsible to provide what was paid for. The CSR did not and would not even assist with the call. I therefore will not ever purchase from The BRICK again. In a time when purchase Canadian is recommended (which is why I did) I suggest that The BRICK improve their customer support services.

I want to give a special shoutout to Brandon K. in Sales. Last year, I purchased a sectional and a hood fan from him. Although the third-party installation for the hood fan turned into a lengthy and difficult process, Brandon was always available to answer my calls and emails, going above and beyond to rectify the situation. The worst store to purchase furniture. I received my order was totally damaged and I went to exchange they said it's out of a stock and you need to wait 2 months and we'll let you know when will receive the item and my stuff at home is unpacked. I explained everything, and they told me that we can't even do a refund on the items that was damaged. And you have to wait 2 months to get the items. I don't recommend anybody to waste his money lose his money

We’ve consistently had great experiences with the Brick, but I have to give a special shoutout to Bev- she is absolutely amazing! She’s always helpful, patient and genuinely cares about making sure you find exactly what you need. If you’re shopping here, I highly recommend asking for her!
We also just had another delivery today and the two delivery men were fantastic. They were professional, friendly and handled everything with care, making the whole process smooth and stress-free!
Overall, we are really happy with both the service in store and the delivery experiences! Highly recommend!

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
