    Currently on hold (14 minutes and counting) after asking a simple question about inventory. “Do you carry ozone generators?”. My call was passed off 3 times and now I’ve been listening to their terrible hold music for a quarter of an hour. Fire the whole staff and start again. Sad and pathetic. Sharing a screenshot to show that I’m writing this while on hold.

    I had ordered a product online. Unfortunately, it was not what I expected. When trying to return in store, they had informed me the portal was down and I would have to come back the next day to complete. I understand it’s not the associates fault and they were polite, but it was still a big waste of my time.

    Wanting to support Canadian store Rona but find the lumber dept in the south Windsor store a disaster Unable to find one cart to buy 14 sheets of plywood cause every cart in about 3 aisles is loaded with twisted and bad lumber everywhere I left disappointed and went to Home Depot and bought the product there instead I must say though that all employees I’ve encountered at the Rona store were pleasant and always helpful Someone needs to tidy up that lumber department so people don’t have to try and purchase the best of worst lumber available

    If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. I’ve been a loyal customer here for years and have spent a significant amount of money—both personally and for my business. Unfortunately, the experience has gone downhill in a big way. I visited the store today looking for replacement hardware for my kitchen cabinets. I was having trouble finding the correct match, so I approached an employee named Richard for assistance. What followed was easily the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Richard was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. He showed no interest in providing any kind of customer support. His only response was that he was “with another customer,” yet at no point did he acknowledge us properly or offer to come back and assist once he was finished. There was no effort to communicate, no courtesy, and no basic level of professionalism. As a paying customer—especially one who has supported this store for years—I found this incredibly disappointing. Customer service should be a priority, not an afterthought. Based on this experience, I will seriously reconsider returning and cannot recommend this store to others.
