    Me and my wife recently visited the store to look for a dresser. the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome without being pushy. Staff gave us time to ourselves and helped us if we have some question, even gave us suggestions. Ended buying 2 dresser.

    Super upsetting experience with Leon’s Windsor location. The lack of customer service from the workers is beyond me. Miscommunication on every single end. I bought the couches on April 2nd and was told to pick a delivery date. I picked the following Tuesday 7th of April while being in store. The sales rep said yes and then afterwards proceeded with “we can’t Tuesday, what other day works?”. I said the following Thursday April 9th for couch delivery. On the 7th of April I got a call saying that the couches will be delayed due to missing parts if we can reschedule to the following Friday for the whole couch (April 10th). On April 9th I’m at work, and I get a call saying the delivery drivers are at my door. I told the delivery drivers that I was called a couple days prior for rescheduling for the couches from Leon’s because there was missing pieces and that I was suppose to get everything Friday. I had to run from work to go home just for there to be missing pieces of my couch regardless. So I asked the delivery driver, about the missing my pieces of my couches if it was still coming Friday (April 10th), and they said if Leon’s called you for the 10th, then it’s coming and if not, then it will on the Saturday (April 11th). Then I got no call all weekend, and today April 13th the Monday, I got a called for Leon’s saying the couches were coming Friday (April 17th). I kindly confirmed and went about my day. A few minutes later, got another call back from Leon’s saying that Friday April 17th doesn’t in fact work and we need to reschedule. What in the world is going on? So much miscommunication and horrible customer service. I had to fight for compensation and all they could offer me is $50 and after standing my ground, they gave me up to $75 refund… what is a $75 refund now a days? The whole couch costed me almost $4,600… HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It’s been almost 2 weeks that I haven’t gotten my couches after being promised delivery after a few days of purchase. And I still haven’t gotten them and have to see if that promised date of the Sunday April 19th ends up following through. Will not be recommending to anyone. Very disappointing.

    Worst experience. I bought cooker and after 1 year and 10 days my cooker plate spoiled . Called them if they can send technician and they refused . customer care manger lady said they don't have technician for appliances. So far purchase of 5000 dollar from lion still they don't care for customer. order no 03115wikjfz.

    The delivery of the two pieces went very well. I am disappointed though because it was supposed to be 4-6 weeks for all 6 pieces. We have no furniture to sit on because we got rid of the old to put a new floor in. Nobody communicated the delay it was only when I called to say hey where is my couch was I informed. They then sent the two of six pieces but my living room now only has seating for 1 and it looks awful. I will be having Easter dinner this weekend and we literally have nowhere to sit. They are saying end of April early May now. If they had kept me informed I would have planned this differently.
