Absolutely amazing experience.
Huge shoutout to Beck — this guy was honestly incredible. He literally took care of everything from start to finish.
I bought a bed and mattress, and the whole process from ordering to delivery took less than 48 hours. Super smooth, zero stress. I had a lot of questions (like… a lot), and Beck guided me through every single one with patience and real knowledge. He helped me make the perfect decision.

I visited this store with my mother and sister (both black women who wear the hijab) as I've been redoing my bedroom and wanted new furniture. I came looking for a desk and spent about 20 minutes going through the store and was not spoken to by any staff. Once I found a desk that I wanted, my mother and I tried to speak to a salesperson who after hearing me say hello, ignored me, and when my mother said excuse me to ask if she could help, she turned away from us and walked over to speak with other customers who just entered the store. A minute later she asked if we had been helped, to which we obviously said no, and she told us she would send someone over to help us. We then watched as she approached 2 other employees, one of whom visibly shook their head at what she said when they looked towards us and saw who she was speaking about. Neither of them came to offer us help in making our purchase, so we chose to leave. As we left one of the employees she spoke to just watched us leave the store without speaking.
I have never been made to feel more uncomfortable or unwelcome while shopping like this before and it truly ruined my shopping experience, especially after the other stores I visited which all had kind and welcoming staff. This clearly isn't a common occurrence as well seeing as I watched many positive interactions between staff and customers while I was looking around, though those customers were not black or muslim that I saw. will recommend to those I know that they avoid this store if they can after this awful experience.

They sent wrong color after 20days wait period. Seems like they labelled their sofa wrongly in the store and sales person just used that info & now I have to deal with changes [By the way, I found the mistake on label, staff was convinced that either I am lying about color or sales team made a mistake. I wonder how many other items are mis-labelled in entire store.] Now changing a color but will take another 20days. I was open for a replacement sofa which can be delivered early and no serious effort to accommodate that request. Seems like management don't care at all as may be my order was less than $1000. Staff reacted like they are doing favor by changing the color stating they generally don't change colors when its open box as if its my mistake. Sales guy (Beck) was trying to be helpful but was not much things controlled by him and no additional help or efforts shown by management. They were very "sorry" but no fast shipping, no store credit, or anything at all was offered for their mess up. The delivered wrong colored sofa is very light in color and also has stains on the side when received. Delivery guys were good and fast in setting up and helped us guiding how to deal with color mess-up.
During initial sofa selection, I was offered 3 yr insurance which also included a furniture cleaning kit. Once I finalized package, they came back and said they cannot add cleaning kit as that deal just changed this week and now no cleaning kit.
Regretting for choosing this store over other providers for just 50$ price difference.

We recently ordered a chair from The Brick, but unfortunately, it arrived damaged. We immediately contacted the store and mentioned the issue, but they refused to take responsibility or offer any proper resolution. This was especially disappointing since we had told them we were new to Windsor and planning to furnish our entire home through The Brick — which we actually did back in September . After spending so much and trusting them for all our furniture needs, the lack of accountability for one damaged item was really frustrating and unprofessional. We expected much better customer service from such a large company.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
