Excellent and attentive service; our in-store sales rep (Jay) was very helpful and super-knowledgeable. She made sure she gave us plenty of space to browse, and inserted herself into the process at just the right time, making sure we got the furniture that we needed. Having had a poor experience in the past with a Brick location in Mississauga, this experience went a long way to redeeming the Brick in our eyes. Jay, we'll be back!

Great guys but I thought there would be pads for the floors or booties for their shoes?? I quickly rolled up my carpet so it would stay clean but I will have to rehash my floors. Couch is beautiful andatches perfectly. We are waiting for it to warm up to try the foot reclining and head adjustments

We were very pleased with the customer service provided by Terrie during our in-store time period while looking for specific items. She was pleasant to deal with and provided all necessary information for the products that we were looking to purchase.
The customer service team was professional and were efficient and friendly in all dealings. They were extremely responsive the minor issues encountered and provided exact information in order to remedy the circumstances.
The delivery team was very efficient and timely with the delivery of our two products. They had our couches installed and ready for use in a very short time period and both gentlemen were quite personable to deal with.
The quick delivery time from purchase to delivery being only five days in duration which was very pleasing for the use of these items.
Overall, we are pleased from start to finish with each area that has been dealt with. I would be very happy to deal with the Brick on future needs.

Terrible! Nothing wrong with the product but the staff at this location had some of the worst customer service ive ever seen. You'd think they had to pay to work there and not the other way around with their attitude towards their customers who pay thousands of dollars for product. Specifically the team responsible for pick up orders. No wonder they hide these employees in the back office on the phones otherwise the store would have more complaints than sales. The girl you speak with first has the worst attitude, short responses, not helpful at all and if you ask to speak to her manager you'd think it was her mom because they had the same tone. Promotional item was delayed several months with multiple excuses that it was delayed, then they said they had to get a complelty new item from another source but couldnt tell me the brand or people providing it. I was talked over and met with attitude each and every phone call. When asked for an alternative solution like a $100 gift card (because the item was advertised as a $100 value) they threatened to cancel it if I didnt like how they were handling things. I dont know if the solution is better training, a christmas giftcard to a local dispensary, or a tinder plus subscription, but something needs to be done. Last time i'll shop here. Get it together, you are all grown.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
