I ordered a couple things on line and am very happy with the service I received. I was called right away to confirm the order and was told they would get back to me with a delivery date, which they did and then called to give me a time-frame for the delivery. Delivery guys were great, making sure the item was put where I wanted it. Always great service at Leon’s.

Misleading Extended Warranty – Very Disappointing Experience
I had a very disappointing experience with Leon’s (Windsor location) regarding their extended warranty.
When purchasing my leather sofa, I was clearly told that leather pilling and cracking were covered under the extended warranty. This is also stated in the store warranty pamphlet. Based on this information, I trusted the warranty and purchased it.
After about two years, the leather on the armrest began pilling and cracking. When I returned to the Leon’s Windsor store, I was instructed to call the warranty company and pay a $250 claim fee, which I did.
After paying the fee and calling the warranty provider, I was then told that leather cracking and pilling are NOT covered. This directly contradicts what was advertised and what I was told at the store when the warranty was sold.
This feels extremely misleading and unfair. If this type of damage is not covered, it should not be advertised as covered, and customers should not be charged a claim fee only to be denied afterward.
I am very disappointed with how this was handled and would not recommend purchasing Leon’s extended warranty based on my experience.

Absolute horrible service, delivered part of my sofa last Saturday. Then said remaining piece would arrive Wednesday, since I never received an update for delivery I phoned Leon’s. They then said it would be delivered today. I had a tracker saying on their way then it went away. I called Leon’s to find out it’s not on their truck. I will never shop at their store again this set is being returned ! Absolute horrible customer service

Great service, table was damaged when delivered, they made right by getting us one from a new shipment after Christmas but knew we needed the table for our family Christmas let us use the damaged one until the good one arrived, then they put it together for us!!! Amazing, our sales rep Leo was so accommodating and helpful, will go back and deal with him again. Great service and quality
