The issue was that there was a mix of snow and rain outside and they dragged the new mattress along the ground which ended up bringing the wetness onto the floor. They did not wear any type of foot coverings so even more water got brought through the house.

- AAAlexOct 24, 20251.0After wanting to buy a table, the salesperson (Vladimir) rudely got up and walked away because he didn’t think we were serious enough for him or important enough for him to help us. He literally got up and walked away from a sale and said I don’t need to do this. He then quickly walked to his managers office (Andres) to probably make up some excuse as to what happened because I was obviously going to speak to the manager & he was just as rude and asked us to leave the store. ( by the way we did absolutely NOTHING wrong) was trying to buy furniture. Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional from them. Leon’s should be ashamed to employ these 2. Vladimir said he’s worked there for 22 years, I only wonder how many other customers ( & potential customers) he’s been this rude too and unprofessional. Corporate is definitely going to be getting light of this. Stay away from this unprofessional business, who cares how many 5 stars they have, read this review and go see for yourself. I was hoping I’d have an experience like the rest of these people leaving positive comments, but unfortunately Andres kicked me and my family from the store because his associate could not hold himself together for a few minutes to sell a table ! Save your hard earned money and go to teppermans or the brick where they will gladly help you and treat you with respect and dignity.
