I do NOT recommend. I bought the beautyrest grandeur 2.0. What I got was a mattress that has the most disgusting , toxic moldy smell. Instant headache within minutes after they set the bed up. I haven’t been able to breathe properly since. It has made my house smell disgusting and even now a few days later, with fans running in every room, 2 air purifiers going & windows open for hours my entire house still smells. I tried sleeping on the mattress and woke up congested & wheezing and my sheets and clothes have a musty smell to them as well. Now I have no bed to sleep on. I contacted Leon’s, the guy said it was my problem not theirs. What kind of customer service is that. Before buying, I was told 21 days to try if not satisfied you can return it for refund and then to further protect your purchase after the 21 days they proceed to con you into the 200 sleep guarantee satisfaction if you buy their mattress protection cover which is only valid if you buy a expensive cover. After speaking to them twice about the toxic smells they said no refunds, exchange only which contradicts what they said before buying. Even if I wanted to exchange they don’t have much of a selection in plush beds that aren’t a few thousand dollars. Who can afford $4000 on a mattress these days. Like cmon. And not to mention, if you do want to exchange, there are hidden costs of up to 25% from what I have been researching as I lay here trying to sleep on the hard floor. Also they said I have to return the mattress before they will consider exchange not swap it at time of delivery. And that you have to somehow get the mattress to them. This doesn’t even make sense. People, do your research prior to buying. And don’t commit unless you are 1000% sure. Don’t make the same mistake I did and get burned.

They were on time very friendly, helpful with putting away our whole sofa set and make life easier for my husband …I’m very grateful for that…keep on rocking and put a smile On each an every Customer .. Thanks guys. I didn’t get a chance to see you guys. I have to stay with my little kitty in the room because he was so excited and running around. I didn’t want him to run under her between you guys foot while bringing in the heavy stuff…cheers looking forward in doing business again..

I do not recommend. When buying a mattress, the sales person said 21 days to see if you like it or you can return for refund and then proceeds to sell you on their sleep guarantee. They con you into buying a mattress protector and said if you do, then you can try the bed for 200 nights and if not satisfied can exchange it. So I get said mattress home. Delivery took 15 min to set up and then I noticed my house being taken over bad a horrific chemical, moldy smell. It was coming from the mattress. So like any person with common sense I opened the window, turned ceiling fan on high and put an air purifier in the room. 6 hrs go by and it’s still is absolutely toxic smelling. Instant headache from shortly after delivering it. Fast forward 15 hrs later my entire house smells like toxic chemicals and musty mold. The mattress is awful. I contacted Leon’s after the initial smell and they said to let it air out. I spoke to them hours later and they basically said there was nothing they could do. I could exchange it only,no refund. I found out after researching, that all their promises turned out to be were lies. There are hidden fees up to 25% if you exchange it. What the hell. Now I don’t have A bed to sleep in and stuck with a disgusting toxic mattress that is ruining my entire house. I was in car accident and deal with issues which is why I bought the mattress and frame I did. With the salesperson raving about this bed, how popular etc. again all lies clearly. Who wants to buy something so toxic. For the record it was a beautyrest grandeur 2.0. So now I am stuck with either a toxic moldy smelling mattress or a bunch of hidden costs to exchange it for what could possibly be another toxic bed. I am so disgusted and disappointed in Leon’s. I will never consider buying anything else there after this horrible experience. Now I have nothing and wasted a lot of money that I couldn’t afford to lose. Shame on you. All buyers beware. Read reviews before buying. Don’t get screwed like I did.

Very disappointing and unnecessary experience! We purchased a couch from Leon’s a few months ago, and today my husband stopped in after work to pay off the remaining balance. While he was there, he facetimed me and our daughters to show us some loveseats, since our daughters are currently furnishing their new apartment. Within minutes, an employee approached him and said “What are you doing here? My manager has been watching you on the cameras for 15 minutes” Excuse me? He was shopping. What else would someone be doing inside a furniture warehouse? The employee then made a comment implying that my husband “didn’t look like” he was shopping for a new couch. My husband works in renovations and had just come from work, but that should never determine how someone is treated in their store. He felt profiled and judged based on his appearance, and frankly, so did we. Our daughters were on FaceTime and witnessed the entire interaction. They were understandably upset and responded in defense of their father, addressing the employee about how inappropriate the situation felt. That’s how uncomfortable and inappropriate the situation felt. They were angry that their father was being made to feel suspicious for simply shopping. Instead of being treated like a valued, returning customer (one who was literally there to pay off furniture!!) he was made to feel unwelcome. He paid the remaining balance and left. The lack of accountability from the general manager was particularly disappointing, and as a result I wanted to share this experience within our community. We have always preferred shopping at The Brick and Tepperman's, and after this experience we will absolutely be taking our business there moving forward.

When you've waited over 7 weeks for your new furniture to be delivered, you've taken a unpaid day off to be home for delivery, but they deliver ALL wrong pieces... It's frustrating to the max. AND, we purchased at Leon's to support local ensuring we are supporting Canadian made items. We're trying to be the good guys not using Amazon or Wayfair!!! I waited to get help on the phone number provided left 3 messages on their unanswered voicemail. Between the salesman "not being there", the manager rudely saying I "signed the invoice saying my sale is final", they took zero accountability, no one offered assistance to make things right! They didn't appreciate my "tone" or being called out on the numerous mistakes, but the mistakes are theirs alone. If they had placed the order properly on January 11th or followed up anytime within those 6 weeks, this could have been avoided. Instead, I waited for over 30 minutes with delivery drivers aware of mistake waiting in the driveway. By the time I was finally acknowledged & met with defense, drivers were long gone. They didn't like my tone, well I didn't like the mistreatment, the lack of accountability - that it took so long for you to answer, your driver's were gone without the wrong furniture that us now here! I shouldn't have had to call a manager multiple times to point out all of the discrepancies or ask for them to fix it with the correct furniture. It's literally their job! I should not have to take another day off & we should not have to wait another 8 weeks to get the furniture we properly ordered. That's how you're treated for trying to spend $4000? We are definitely fighting this massive mistreatment. Super frustrating!!! What an awful experience. See pictures of what I purchased verses what I got. UPDATE They don't know how it hapoen, but we SHOULD have our pieces by end of APRIL! Yep, 8-10 more weeks because of the oops! & Small compensation for massive mistreatment.
