  We love the blinds. Our original sales person was very helpful. She was not working the day we picked up the blinds. My only concern was we did not receive installation instructions upon pick up I had to call, it was extremely difficult to get a person on the phone let alone reach the Windsor location. When I did reach someone the instructions were emailed. We found that inconvenient.

  Excellent and fast service. Your rep. Halina was just amazing. She took her time to explain every detail, color, options and installation. Very impressed with Halina's knowledge and professionalism. Definitely a 5 ⭐️service!

  My experience with Dalia was excellent, she helped me pick and choose the right blinds for what I was looking for. She provided me a quote for 2 different ways I could go which was very helpful, The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of an issue that occurred which was not due to Dalia, she wasn’t working when I was in. Came in to check out a fabric book and in doing so apparently one of my quotes was deleted. So when I came in to place an order they couldn’t match up the pricing, as well as I was quoted incorrectly for an upgrade to one of the windows. At the end of the day the staff helped and was able to get me close to what I was expecting to pay. Blinds to go had been very good to deal with. Dalia is awesome and I was able to see her when I picked up my blinds. Wendy was very helpful in trying to get my order fixed. Thank you
