It is very clean, well lit and comfortable. Also, I felt safe with the cameras and check in and check out codes. I appreciated that there were washroom facilities and electrical outlets in the hallway to charge my phone or battery during longer stays to organize. The office staff were so helpful, kind and cheerful. The customer service operators over the phone were super professional, knowledgable and just pleasant to deal with. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Access Storage!
