The return policies that the brick has is bs , the sales person on the phone said to me if the customer does not ask we will not tell you and it is on the back of your receipt .
Once you open the product they will not take it back even if it has only been 8 hours . Don’t buy anything from the brick . They don’t work with you . Worst customer service ever seen (Whitby location )

Unlike other delivery personnel lately, the Brick guys took off their shoes , rolled out a mat and were careful with my new flooring as they assembled the furniture. They were pleasant , and answered the few questions I had. Other delivery guys recently walked across my floors with wet shoes without any hesitation. I certainly appreciated the attitude of the Brick guys. Thank you !

Ordered online, and wanted to log back in and add to my order, and it was nearly impossible to do through the online help, as well as speaking with customer service, there was a language barrier which made it difficult to achieve what I needed. After three hours on the phone I finally received the help I needed with James. I was so thankful for his calm and caring attitude, all he wanted was to make me satisfied. The bedroom set will be delivered this weekend and I really hope it all runs smooth.

My sales person was lovely. I ordered a sofa bed [to be put together soon], a chest of drawers [to arrive in a few weeks] and a floor lamp. The demo lamp was not plugged in. I specifically asked if all three lights could be turned on Independently. I was told 'yes' unfortunately, all 3 lights do NOT turn on independently, they are all on or all off. When I called the Brick to see about returns [my plan was to buy another floor lamp with light options for one or all three turned on], I was told it could NOT be returned. I am very disappointed because now I have a light that does not suit my needs. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of Customer Service. My hope is that my sofa bed and chest of drawers will be satisfactory because my light definitely isn't! At this point, I am unsure if I will use The Brick again.

The people here were so rude to me and promised our couch would be delivered on a certain date. It was never delivered on that specific date. I kept asking to speak to a manager and they kept redirecting me to different people until I demanded to talk with a manager. The manager told me it’s not in stock anymore and we would have to just wait until it comes in. I asked for a refund and they said no. They said all they can do is help me if I need to buy anymore furniture. I asked if I could call a head office number and they told me no and to Google that myself if I want to call them. They told me I just have to wait until my couch is there in stock again. With no time frame. I will never shop here again. It was so unprofessional and please do not get into the same situation I was put into

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
