    Don’t go to this store they’re all scammers. I ordered a cabinet from a different Rona and I was given the wrong size. This store had the right size but they wouldn’t take my return from the other store First the manager says without the box people will expect about 10% off then he offers me 30% if I want to return it when he clearly just said he would have to give 10% off so obviously he’s scamming me. Also I was willing to at least buy the Last cabinet that I was missing, but only if they would take my return one back. In the end, I went back to the original Rona even though I waited two weeks for the cabinet to be ordered. I am not gonna reward a store that scams people with my business regardless if I have to wait I also called Head Office to complain. They said I would get 10% off on my next purchase and I never received that so again they promised you something and then can’t deliver.

    I felt compelled to rate Rona Whitby as I was in need of a specialty plumbing part. The website said they had 8 in stock however they where not in the section outlined by the store website. I was able to ask Chad from Rona for some help,, well he went above and beyond and with quite sometime he found them in a very obscure location. His commitment to find them for me enabled me to complete my plumbing job yesterday and I am so grateful for his effort in my success. Thank you.

    Somehow prices are much higher than home Depot. They need to do a market survey on what customer want and what price the competition is offering. I barely find any product and want and even if I do the price is always higher.

    I had a truly excellent experience purchasing my LG washer, and that was entirely thanks to Shazad and Thomas (Tom). Shazad was exceptional throughout the entire process. He was extremely patient, courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right solution, rather than simply making a sale. He took the time to walk me through all of my questions, explain the options clearly, and ensure that everything—including delivery arrangements—was handled seamlessly. Tom also stepped in to provide outstanding support and assistance during the process, and it was clear that both of them are committed to delivering the highest level of customer service. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s not often that you encounter service at this level anymore, and I truly appreciate the effort both of them put in. Thank you, Shazad and Tom, for such a great experience.
