  Absolutely recommend this location - we were helped by the amazing Hussain, who was so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was incredibly patient as we looked at couches with three toddlers in tow, and also demonstrated the stain proof for us. Thank you so much, Hussain! Very happy with our purchase - we will definitely back when we need something else!

  Kam at Leon’s Whitby sold us our new sectional couch today and it was outstanding service from the moment we walked in. He went above and beyond to try to get us the best deal and to ensure that the delivery would be quick for us. I would highly recommend asking for Kam if you want thorough, kind, and amazing service. We will be back to buy from him again for sure. Also super child friendly and was so accommodating with our little one!

  I recently had a great experience at Leon’s and wanted to share my appreciation for the excellent service we received from one of the sales representatives Mr. Kamil Amin. From the moment we walked in, he patiently listened to our needs and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in a mattress. He didn’t rush or push us toward anything unnecessary. Instead, he clearly explained the options and guided us toward a mattress that truly matches our expectations. His professionalism, patience and product knowledge made the whole buying process smooth and comfortable. What impressed us most was how quickly he gained our confidence, even though we had never know or met him before. It’s not easy to find someone who provides service with such sincerity and dedication. Thanks to his help, we were able to make the right choice and we’re very happy with our purchase. I will definitely look for him again for any future purchases at Leon’s and would highly recommend him to anyone shopping there.

  I bought furniture from Leon’s Whitby several years ago. Since then, they have repeatedly called me with promotional sales and marketing messages that I never asked for and do not want. I have registered my number with the National Do Not Call List and have reported Leon's, yet the calls and voicemails continue. It is extremely frustrating to keep receiving marketing calls from a business years after a single purchase. If you value your privacy and don’t want to be repeatedly contacted for promotions, be very cautious about giving this store your phone number. I simply want to be left alone. Until they respect customers’ requests to stop calling, I cannot recommend doing business with this location.

  Our couch shopping experience was nothing short of fantastic. We originally came in just to try out the comfort of couch we were planning to purchase elsewhere — but thanks to Kam, we ended up with something more comfortable AND under budget! Kam’s genuine customer-centric approach and white glove service completely changed our experience. He knew the available inventory very well, took the time to understand what we were looking for and without any pressure helped us find the perfect fit for our space and needs. He even mailed us a thank you card afterwards for choosing Leon’s - now that’s a business who appreciates their customer. Exceptional service from start to finish — we highly recommend asking for Kam! We’ll go back because of him 😁
